Henry Welles is a partner in the litigation practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. Henry represents clients California-based trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, and probate. Henry’s practice includes extensive experience in:

A. Trust and/or Will contests (Prob. Code §17200(a); Prob. Code §§8004, 8250, et seq.)

B. No-contest clause litigation (Prob. Code §21305)

C. Conservatorship litigation (Prob. Code §1400 et seq.)

D. Trust Administration Disputes

• Petition for instructions (Prob. Code §17200(b)(6))
• Petition to remove trustee (Prob. Code §17200(b)(10))
• Petition to surcharge trustee (Prob. Code §17200(b)(12))
• Petition to interpret, construe, or reform the trust (Prob. Code §17200(b))

Henry is a member of the Riverside County C.A.R.E. Team, which is a state-funded multidisciplinary task force devoted to the prevention of elder abuse. He is a member of the California Bar Estate planning, Trust, and Probate and Litigation Sections. He is a board member of the Variety Club Children’s Charity. Henry is a frequent speaker on legal issues, and has authored a chapter on California Trust and Estate Litigation for a legal treatise.
