Matthew Green is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group of the San Diego office of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Mr. Green practices in the area of civil litigation where he represents both public entities and private clients in state and federal court. 

Prior to joining Best Best & Krieger LLP in 2004, Mr. Green served as a Judicial Law Clerk to United States District Judge Napoleon A. Jones, Jr. in the Southern District of California.

Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in law and society, from the University of California, San Diego in 2000.  Mr. Green graduated summa cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2003.  During law school, Mr. Green served as an Associate Editor for the California Western Law Review.
