Brett A. Harvey is an Associate in the Labor & Employment practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP's Riverside office.  Mr. Harvey joined the firm in 2002 and has focused primarily on labor and employment issues.

Mr. Harvey graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Political Science in 1994.  He earned a Master's of Science Degree in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach in 1998.  Mr. Harvey received his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2002.  While attending Loyola, he interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and co-chaired the Public Interest Law Foundation.  While obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, Mr. Harvey studied internationally in Italy, Costa Rica, Belize, Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Harvey is a member of the State Bar of California and the Riverside County Bar Association.
