Elio Palacios, Jr., is an Associate with Best Best & Krieger LLP in its Business Planning & Transactions Practice Group.  Elio practices primarily in the areas of business transactions and entity formation, maintenance and governance.  Elio also has experience in the areas of real estate, securities, copyright, and trade secrets.

In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, Elio is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Elio received in 2001 his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, School of Law.  In law school Elio received a King Hall Pro Bono Certificate and was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review and an assistant instructor in legal writing. Elio received his Bachelor of Science degree from Loma Linda University.
