Isabel Safie joined Best Best & Krieger LLP in 2005 as an Associate in the Business Planning and Transactions Practice Group. Ms. Safie’s practice primarily focuses on issues relating to pensions and benefits, tax matters and on the formation of nonprofits.
Ms. Safie graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. In her third year of law school she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Chicano-Latino Law Review. Prior to that she also served as an associate editor and managing editor for the same journal as well as being an associate editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Human Biology from Stanford University.
Ms. Safie currently serves on the board of directors for a nonprofit organization known as the Quest Scholars Program. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish.
