Marc S. Ehrlich is an Associate in the Natural Resources and Municipal Law practice groups of the Orange County office of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Mr. Ehrlich's practice concentrates on representing public and private entities in civil litigation.

Mr. Ehrlich has represented clients in matters involving Civil Rights (including the Americans With Disabilities Act), the Brown Act and California Public Records Act, the Mitigation Fee Act, professional malpractice, water rights, and general commercial litigation.  Mr. Ehrlich has also represented clients in state court writ proceedings, and drafted numerous civil writs and appellate briefs.

Prior to joining Best Best & Krieger, Mr. Ehrlich was an associate in the Appellate and Litigation practice groups of the Los Angeles office of Reed Smith LLP, from 2000 to 2004.  Between 1998 and 2000, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips, United States District Court Judge, in the Central District of California.

Mr. Ehrlich received his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law in 1998.  Mr. Ehrlich received a Master of Arts in Political Science from the Johns Hopkins University in 1995.  He graduated Cum Laude from Pomona College, receiving his Bachelor of Arts with majors in English Literature and Political Science, in 1992.

Mr. Ehrlich is a native of Los Angeles and enjoys reading, film and tennis.
