BBK Partner, Beth Dorris, was the 2007 Symposium Chair. Beth also served as the panel moderator for the symposium break-out session titled "Seeking CEQA: Resolving the Tension Between Urban Growth and Community Environmental Concerns" featuring panel member and BB&K Partner, Michelle Ouellette. The panel discussed the latest developments under CEQA and CEQA challenges resulting from California's continued growth and infrastructure demands.

This symposium, captioned "From Sacramento to Washington — New Winds are Blowing," featured a keynote address from Rocky Delgadillo, LA City Attorney; and Terry Tamminen, former Secretary of the California EPA and author of Lives per Gallon.
